3. Responsibilities of Both Parties
Your Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely information related to the project.

Approve design drafts, content, and other key project elements on time.

Be available for regular communication and updates, and adhere to agreed-upon deadlines.

Keep the project on schedule by ensuring prompt feedback and availability for decisions.

Pay the agreed amounts for the project as outlined in the proposal or contract.
Our Responsibilities:

Provide clear communication and regular updates regarding the progress of your project.

Deliver the project as per the scope and requirements agreed upon.

Ensure the confidentiality of your data and intellectual property.

Provide a quality product that meets industry standards.
4. Payment Terms

Project Pricing: The cost of the services will be outlined in the proposal/contract, and it will include all applicable charges, including taxes.

Payment Structure: Payments are usually broken down into milestones, based on the progress of the project. A typical structure might look like:

30% deposit before starting work.

40% upon completion of the design phase.

30% upon project completion and before final delivery.

Payment Methods: Payments are to be made through the methods specified in the contract (bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal).

Late Payments: Late payments may lead to project delays and a 2% monthly interest charge.
5. Refund Policy
At CodeeraTech, we believe in transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and ourselves.
Eligibility for Refunds:
You are entitled to request a refund if:

Cancellation Within 3 Days: You cancel your project within 3 days of making the payment, and no work has started.

No Progress Made: If we haven’t started work on your project, we will refund the entire amount.
Refunds Are Not Available If:

Work Has Already Begun: Once we start working on your project, no refunds will be provided.

Delayed Approvals or Feedback: If delays in the project are caused by you, such as not providing feedback or approvals, we cannot offer a refund.

Third-Party Services: Fees for third-party services (domain registration, hosting, premium tools, etc.) are non-refundable.

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be given if you change your mind about the project halfway or no longer wish to proceed.

More Than 15 Days Delay: If there is a delay of more than 15 days in communication from your side, making it impossible to complete the project, refunds won’t be issued.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Please note that payment processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Ownership of Work

Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights (e.g., designs, code, and content) for the completed project will be transferred to you. CodeeraTech retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Third-Party Tools & Licenses: Any third-party tools, plugins, or licenses used in the development of your project remain the property of the respective vendors. You will have the necessary licenses to use them within the project.
7. Privacy & Data Security

Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Any personal, business, or project-related information you share with us will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

Data Protection: We take reasonable steps to protect your data. However, we are not responsible for any data breaches due to external factors beyond our control.
8. Warranty and Support

Bug Fixes: We offer a 30-day warranty after project delivery. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues that are part of the original scope at no extra charge.

Ongoing Support: After the warranty period, if you need ongoing support, we offer maintenance packages for updates, bug fixes, and feature additions at an additional cost.
9. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to deliver the best results, we are not responsible for:

Loss of Data: If data is lost due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not liable for recovering or restoring it.

Business Interruptions: We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that results from a delay in completing the project or interruptions in business operations.

10. Termination of Agreement
